Hello, fellow guides of children in a digital world.
I’m Miriam Tocino. Tech woman, Generation Alpha mom, and writer by necessity.
What is this?
My First Tech Library is a collection of stories and activities for families, educators, and anyone raising kids in a world shaped by algorithms.
It’s an open diary, a growing archive, and a weekly invitation to pause, reflect, and connect. Especially when the Wi-Fi goes down.
I don’t offer magic recipes or screen-time rules. But I do offer stories.Stories to help us name what’s happening inside, while our world changes outside.
Why now?
Because I’ve spent years working in digital culture, leadership, and education.
Because at home, we also get lost in infinite scrolls and GIF meltdowns.
Because I want to leave something that won’t expire with the next update, a legacy of emotional literacy for my son, and for all kids born with FOMO pre-installed.
Who are Zerus & Ona?
They are two digital explorers. One led by intuition and emotion, the other by logic and curiosity.
They help children (and grown-ups) discover how technology touches the heart. Their stories are not about teaching, but about opening conversations and making space for questions, doubts, and laughter.
What can you expect?
A weekly story with logical humor and gentle absurdity
Reflections on parenting, culture, and technology
Bits of Zerus & Ona’s world (always with a human touch)
If you enjoy this library, feel free to share it with someone else raising or teaching kids among screens. See the full archive of stories →
Here’s to digital and emotional literacy,
